Ingredients
- 3 (15-oz) cans white or brown beans drained (I used 2 cans Navy beans and 1 can Pinto beans)
- 1 onion diced
- 1 ½ cups ketchup or more to taste
- ⅓ cup brown sugar or more to taste
- 6 slices bacon chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small slow cooker (mine is 2.5 quart).
- Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours, until thickened and bubbly.
- Check for seasoning and adjust ketchup and brown sugar to taste before serving.
