Esta receta combina la dulzura natural de las manzanas con una masa ligera y esponjosa, creando una delicia que satisfará tu antojo sin comprometer tu compromiso con un estilo de vida saludable.

Ingredientes

  •  2 Manzanas
  • 2 Huevos
  • 100 gr. de Harina
  • 50 ml. de Leche
  • 50 ml. de Yogur natural (preferentemente light)
  • 1 sobre de Polvo de hornear
  • 60 gr. de Edulcorante (stevia o 100 gr. de azúcar)
  • Jugo de 1/2 limón

Preparación

  1. Comienza pelando y cortando las manzanas en láminas delgadas. Rocía con el jugo de limón para evitar que se oscurezcan y añade un toque cítrico delicioso.
  2. En un bowl, bate los huevos con el edulcorante hasta lograr una mezcla esponjosa.
  3. Agrega gradualmente la leche y el yogur light, batiendo continuamente.
  4. En otro recipiente, mezcla la harina con el polvo de hornear y luego incorpora a la preparación anterior. Mezcla bien hasta obtener una masa lisa.
  5. Prepara tu tartera con un poco de aceite o papel manteca.
  6. Vierte la mitad de la preparación en la tartera, coloca una capa de manzanas y luego cubre con el resto de la masa. Finalmente, coloca el resto de las manzanas por encima.
  7. Hornea en horno precalentado a 180°C durante unos 25-30 minutos. Sabrás que está lista cuando al pinchar con un palillo, este salga limpio.
  8. Una vez fuera del horno, deja enfriar un poco en la tartera y luego transfiere a una rejilla para que termine de enfriarse.
  9. Al servir, puedes añadirle un toque de canela por encima o una pizca de edulcorante en polvo para darle un extra de sabor.
