Ingredientes:

4 huevos

Preparación:

Precalentar el horno y preparar los ingredientes: Precalienta el horno a 180°C mientras te aseguras de tener todos los ingredientes a mano. Prepara un molde para mantecadas colocando palillos o moldes de papel.

Incorporar la leche condensada y la esencia de vainilla: Una vez que los huevos y el azúcar estén bien batidos, agrega la leche condensada y la esencia de vainilla. Continúa batiendo para asegurarte de que todos los ingredientes estén bien combinados.

Agregar la leche evaporada y el aceite: Incorpora la leche evaporada y el aceite a la mezcla, batiendo constantemente para lograr una consistencia homogénea.

Tamizar la harina y el polvo para hornear: En otro recipiente, tamiza la harina de trigo junto con el polvo para hornear para asegurarte de que no haya grumos.

Incorporar la harina a la mezcla líquida: Agrega la harina tamizada con el polvo para hornear a la mezcla líquida en forma de lluvia, mientras sigues batiendo para evitar la formación de grumos. Mezcla hasta obtener una masa suave y uniforme.

Verter la masa en el molde y hornear: Vierte la masa en el molde para mantecadas preparado, llenando cada cavidad hasta aproximadamente 3/4 de su capacidad. Hornea en el horno precalentado durante unos 25 minutos o hasta que las madalenas estén doradas y al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio.

Enfriar y servir: Una vez que las madalenas estén listas, retíralas del horno y deja que se enfríen en el molde durante unos minutos antes de transferirlas a una rejilla para que se enfríen completamente. Una vez frías, estas deliciosas madalenas están listas para servir y disfrutar.
