Ingredientes

Para el pastel:

  • 3 Huevos grandes
  • 1 cdita. de Sal
  • 12 cucharadas de Azúcar
  • 12 cucharadas de Aceite de girasol
  • 12 cucharadas de Leche
  • 12 cucharadas de Harina 0000
  • 1 cucharada de Polvo de hornear
  • Ralladura de limón
  • Jugo de 1/2 limón

Para humedecer la torta:

  • 100 ml de Leche evaporada
  • 150 ml de Leche condensada
  • 100 ml de Crema de leche

Cobertura:

  • 200 ml Crema de leche
  • 4 cucharadas de Azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de Queso crema
  • Canela en polvo

Procedimiento

1. Para la torta: Iniciá batiendo en un bol los huevos con la sal. Incorporá las cucharadas de azúcar y seguí mezclando. Luego, agregá el aceite, la leche, la ralladura y el jugo de limón. Continuá mezclando hasta integrar bien. Incorporá la harina y el polvo de hornear tamizados y mezclá hasta obtener una preparación homogénea. Volcá la mezcla en un molde previamente enmantecado y enharinado. Llevá al horno precalentado a 180°C por 35-40 minutos. Una vez listo, dejalo enfriar.

2. Como humedecer el bizcochuelo: En una olla, combiná la leche evaporada, la leche condensada y la crema de leche. Calentá la mezcla por unos 5 minutos a fuego medio. Con un tenedor, pinchá toda la superficie de la torta. Luego, colocala en una fuente y bañala con la mezcla de leches. Cubrí con film y llevá a la heladera por unos 30 minutos.

3. Cobertura: En un bowl, comenzá a batir la crema con el azúcar. Cuando notes que está a medio punto, añadí el queso crema. Continuá batiendo hasta que esté firme. Una vez que la torta esté lista, cubrila con esta crema y espolvoreá con canela.

Tips:

  • Precalentá el horno al menos 15 minutos antes de meter la torta.
  • Usá ingredientes a temperatura ambiente para garantizar el mejor resultado.
  • Al calentar las leches, si querés, agregale un toque de oporto para intensificar el sabor.
